Description

It is distilled in small discontinuous copper nuggets through a slow, patient process to preserve and emerge fresh and sweet perfumes.
The process of ripening is done in carefully selected French and American oak barrels, where previously red and Vinsanto wines have aged for at least 5 years.
The result is a distillate with a range of melted varieties of flavor such as dried plums, raisins, bergamot peels, spicy flavors such as vanilla, chocolate and nutmeg, combined with a slim but soft body, gentle finish and elegant aromatic aftertaste.
To enjoy the dynamic, complex character of consuming it alone or by adding a little ice.
