Area / Vineyard: “Vineyards”, Amyntaiou vineyard zone. “Turtles” at an altitude of 670 meters, with northwest orientation towards Vora. Vinification / Aging: Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay of wine for 2 months in its wine lees with periodic stirring. Tasting Features: Crystal, bright in pale yellow color, with light greenish shades. Nose intense, typical of the variety, with aromas of white flowers, citrus and distinctive aromatic herbs. The mouth is filled with excellent balance-dew and refinement. Ideal enjoyment at 11-12ºC
