Description

Vinification / Aging:
Deworming, absence of crush, pre-cryopreservation in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay of wine for 8 months on his lees with periodic stirring. Minimum 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottles. It is not filtered or subjected to any treatment before bottling.

Tasting Features:
A wine of great aromatic intensity, balance and structure. Depth and concentration, balanced with fresh acidity and metallic character with the signature of terroir. Attractive bouquet of complex fragrances featuring wild cherries, mild spices, raspberries and with its cool acidity to attract any trained palate.
